Windsurfing is a multidimensional sport. That is to say, people windsurf for many different reasons. Some sail for the sheer pleasure, some do it because it relaxes them and can take the everyday stress out of life. Still others like the amateur, Olympic and professional competitions while other love the adventure of going to new places and exploring unknown islands and water. Last but from least are those individual who love to wave sail and carry out the extreme aerial tricks often seen on TV commercials! What ever aspect draws you to this sport one thing is for certain. Windsurfing will offer you a life time of fun, challenge, comradeship and personal growth. You will always have new skill you can add and wonderful place you can visit all over the world.
- All three sports involve water (although skiing & snowboard are of the frozen variety).
- All Three sports offer lessons by
certified instructor and have various skill levels (like level 1 thru 5 or
beginner, intermediate and advanced).
All three sports share a destination heritage where people go to specialized "resorts" to do that sport.
All three sports have a wide variety of equipment covering beginner, through expert and specialized equipment for different disciplines and aspects of each those respective sports.
